13% by volume

Altitude

350 metres above sea level

Characteristics of the soil

Rich clay soil which guarantees high hydric retention

Visual considerations

Red ruby colour with shades of purple and a good lively coloured intensity

Fragrance considerations

An appropriate olfactory intensity with a net fragrance of a fruit note that recalls red and black fruits followed by a bouquet of scented violets.

Flavour considerations

Dry, warm and soft with good acidity and the well suited tannin denotes a good structure with an interesting balance in spite of its young liveliness of fruit which is evident to the taste.

Vinification

The grapes harvested by hand in the grapevine denominated “Frusinaia” are destemmed and pressed gently using a very delicate technique. The maceration process takes place in stainless steel vats and is periodically amalgamated so as to obtain a higher quality of colour and aroma extraction. During this period that lasts 20 days the wine terminates its alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28°.

Food combination

It is such a pleasant and elegant wine, easy to drink and can accompany all kinds of dishes.

How to serve

Open the bottle at least 15 minutes before drinking and serve at a temperature of 18/20°.
