trivial.the maceration process takes place in stainless steel vats and the dry but soft taste is well combined with a
good acidity with light sensations of fresh fruits.

Visual Considerations: Red ruby colour with shades of purple and a good lively coloured intensity.
Fragrance Considerations: An appropriate olfactory intensity with a net fragrance of a fruit note that recalls red and black fruits followed by a bouquet of scented violets.
Flavour Considerations: Dry, warm and soft with good acidity and the well suited tannin denotes a good structure with an interesting balance in spite of its young liveliness of fruit which is evident to the taste.
Vinification: The grapes harvested by hand in the grapevine denominated “Frusinaia” are destemmed and pressed gently using a very delicate technique. The maceration process takes place in stainless steel vats and is periodically amalgamated so as to obtain a higher quality of colour and aroma extraction. During this period that lasts 20 days the wine terminates its alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28°.
