We are in Chianti Rufina …. certainly a Riserva cannot be missing, which has always been considered the excellence among the wine of the territory and the expression of the best grapes ….. a lot of care in the vineyards and in fermentation process followed by a long rest in wood makes a complex , well-structured and long-lived wine, highly recommended by experts and wine world magazines.

Visual considerations: Red ruby colour with light gamet shades a good coloured and concentrated intensity.
Fragrance considerations: lt offers a variegated and ample presence of scents from the harvest of ripe fruits to preserves of small wild fruit berries together with a typologic identification of ripe cherries.
Flavour considerations: Dry with a good structure and an excellent alcoholic presence that renders it delicate and at the same time well balanced. The aftertaste is persistent denoting a fine harmony between fragrance and taste.
Vinification: Harvesting is clone by hand and produced by using extremely delicate methods of production.
The maceration process takes place in stainless-steel vats and is then periodically amalgamated so as to obtain a higher extraction of the colour and of scent.
During this period that lasts about 20 days the wine terminates its alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of approximatetely 28 °. The wine is subsequently in part placed in new French “barriques” (Allier and Troncasse) and the other part is placed in second-hand used “barriques” for a duration of eighteen months.

How to serve:
Open the bottle for about 20 minutes before drinking and serve at a temperature of 18/20 °Cina wine glass.
