Producing a high Pinot Noirwith success we tried a new challenge by making it in Rosé” so to have the temptation of drinking a fresh Pinot even in summertime . The traditional and artisanal vinification turns in to a pure and genuine wine, with a bright colour and so lot appreciated for the fresh sensations and the flowerish bouquet .

Varietal: 100% Sangiovese
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Altitude of vineyards: 350 mt. above sea level
Soil composition: Rich clay soil, which guarantees an optimal water retention
Yield per Ha: Average production is 60 q.li.
Visual aspect: Rose color, which is particularly tenuous.
Aroma: Intense aroma with a crisp, clean fragrance reminiscent of red exotic fruits.
Taste: Dry, warm and soft, with good acidity. A balanced body with notes of fruit and pleasant persistency.
Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and then debunched. Once
submersed the grapes are softly pressed without the skins in a white-wine vinification style, using delicate work methods. The maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks and at a controlled temperature of 10°C in order to maintain and not alter the delicate, typical fragrances of this wine.
In February the wine is bottled.

This is a pleasant and easy drinking wine which is well suited for fresh dishes like salads and fish, but also ideal for white meats and soft cheeses.
